This class shows you everything you need to make delicious, fresh, healthy and interesting salads from scratch.
Forget lettuce, cucumber and tomato - we will show you how to make an amazing array of vibrant salads using seasonal, local ingredients, with influences from the Mediterranean and Middle East.
Ingredients are economical and easy to source.
This class will be a demonstration, not a hands on cooking class, taught by Charlotte, who will run you through at least six delicious salads, which will last around an hour and a half to two hours in length, followed by a tasting of all salads as a light lunch. We'll serve fresh coffee and tea on arrival and a homemade treat, and there will be lots of food to try after the demonstration. Printed copies of the recipes will be given out for you to keep. Please bring a pen to take notes.
